We had the Peking duck and lunch specials (beef brisket, sweet & sour pork and pork meatball soup). The restaurant was not busy at all when we were there. The lunch special offers great value for individual consumption or options to taste the various dishes and they are tasty. We had to wait for half an hour for the duck despite ordering a day in advance. The duck was fresh from the oven and it was delicious and the chef was very proud to serve this to us. The lady at the counter could do with some smile. Overall good value and quality.
Authentic tasty Beijing Duck Restaurant. You are best to reserve a table beforehand, as you will need to reserve a duck. The duck is juicy and not dry like other places. Their egg spring onion pancake is a must also. Other dishes are ok. You can also ask for duck soup, with refills. Service is always excellent.
Duck dish was quite good, though it can be better. Price is reasonable.
Other dishes were just about average in taste, though pricing is affordable.

One of the most authentic Beijing Duck Restaurants in New Zealand. Friendly staff. I always enjoy this place.
